We have made every effort to ensure that the colors of the garments are displayed as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer or phone monitor will accurately display true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item, please contact us.


For products that are NOT for intimate use, the customer has the right to withdraw the purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the law. The maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days after the garment has been delivered.

To exercise this right you must send an email to or Whastapp message to +57 312 872 9442 requesting the withdrawal. To make the respective refund, the garment must not have been used and must keep all the original labels. The customer must deliver the garment in the same conditions in which it was received and send it back assuming the cost of transportation.

Garments that come with payments on delivery are not received. Once the product is received, ARMANTIA proceeds to review and verify compliance with the requirements, and within a maximum term of 15 business days the money will be refunded.


Armantia garments are delicate, for this reason it is important that the customer follows all the garment care instructions indicated on all product labels. Evidence of improper use and improper care leads to the loss of the warranty.

Armantia garments are guaranteed for 15 business days after purchase. Armantia is only responsible for manufacturing defects in the garments, to make it effective, neither the garment nor its packaging must have been used, and it must keep all the original labels.

The colors of the fabrics, plates, organic fibers may fade with normal use of the garment. Claims for garments that have been used and/or with any change from their original state are not accepted. If at the time of purchasing the product the customer finds any problem or manufacturing fault, he must notify it immediately.

When the causes of a claim are due to manufacturing defects in the garments, the customer can request a refund of the money or the replacement of the garment.

The customer can request a change of garment size, color or model, for which the garment must not have been used and must keep all the original labels. This change is subject to stock availability. In this case, the money is not refunded; a voucher is issued in favor of the customer with a validity of 30 calendar days.

Any warranty request must be made within 15 business days of the warranty period of the contract, otherwise warranty does not apply.

The cost of shipping the garment for any of these reasons must be assumed by the customer. Garments that come with payments on delivery are not received.


Procedure to make the withdrawal, warranty, return or exchange effective:
