Once the payment is confirmed, the estimated delivery time is five (5) business days for national purchase and ten (10) business days for international purchase, the above subject to the estimated delivery time of the carriers and depending on the place of delivery. These times may vary due to unforeseen conditions during the logistics and transportation of the merchandise. At the time the order has been dispatched, the respective delivery guide number will be sent to the customer for follow-up with the transport company.
In the event that an item is not available for dispatch or if something new is presented, ARMANTIA customer service will contact the customer by email.
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer will assume the consequences (delivery delay, impossibility of delivery, products returned to ARMANTIA, additional transport costs and others.) derived from any incorrect or incomplete delivery indication that the customer has provided, or from the absence of the same at the time of delivery.
The dispatch of each order will be executed within (2) two business days following the confirmation of payment. All orders are processed and shipped via carrier company. Shipments are made during Colombian business hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
ARMANTIA is not responsible for charges, taxes or fees generated by international shipments and/or by the customs of each country. Payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend that you check your local customs website for estimated costs.
ARMANTIA will not make any shipment if it is not possible to confirm the full payment of the order.
